Every Muslim prays facing the qibla, where Ka’bah is located in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. A square of Batik, Indonesian traditional fabric, designed in the middle of the prayer mat, representing Ka’bah. Helped by the collaborator Trisha Nadira, I used whip stitch technique with bright green thread.
